14-day refund on your first payment
If ChatNova isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.
After a refund, paid access for that period ends.
Renewals
Later monthly payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it or if we charged you by mistake.
Cancel anytime
Open Manage billing in ChatNova, or use the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle receipt.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and ChatNova shows that date.

Your legal rights
If the law where you live gives you more rights, such as the 14-day withdrawal right in the EU and UK, those rights apply.
