For invitation or support requests, ChatNova stores the contact details, request information, and correspondence you provide.
When you buy or manage a paid plan, Paddle handles checkout and payment.
ChatNova receives billing identifiers, amounts, subscription state, and refund or dispute events used to manage access and support requests.
Prompts and context may be sent to third-party AI providers only with consent. Analytics, feedback, training, voice, and search are separate choices.

Request an export or account deletion in Settings → Privacy & data.
